I've said it before; The fact that the psp has a mips CPU does not mean anything in the case of daedalus. It runs a full dynarec (mips to mips) just like we do (mips to arm). It only runs faster because it has more hacks and optimizations.
Sorry if my logic is off, but wouldn't a MIPS to MIPS dynarec handle translations a bit easier than MIPS to ARM? I don't know much about dynamic recompilation, so this is why I ask.

You the man 50 grand Feizz. Thanks for giving love to a variety of otherwise “dead” scenes because people are jumping to the Switch. It means a lot to a lot of people and far more people appreciate it than what it looks like.
I agree, especially those from poor countries or with a budget will be able to emulate the Nintendo 64 on a cheap PS3 console they got from a friend, relative, flea market/store, or cragislist/letgo.

Very glad it's a person we can all trust over the likes of emukidid, GaryOPA, Mathieulh, or any other PlayStation "dev" baffoons from years ago.

is there any way to remap the controls? I'd prefer to have Z on L and L on the Z buttons.

*edit, is there also a way to change the aspect ratio? 4:3 stretched doesn't look that great.

remapping is not possible right now. But in the 3DS Homebrew server that MasterFeizz created, there are beta builds (not 0.3 but think about it like 0.2 discord release 9)

I agree with you but it's been three months actually. Last release was May 3rd.

A few people in this threat constantly complaining, nagging about for example O3DS support, were entitled to more frequent updates, or request the same features over and over again and all the other insane stuff that went down in here.

Ever new page the same. It's like people going crazy.
Well... who would have thought the developer would take a break after that and spends his free time elsewhere...Well done guys. At least... that's my interpretation of the situation. I would have done the same to be honest - way earlier.

Yeah it’s fucking absurd. All these entitled children wanting him to support a platform he outright said he wouldn’t. And then people just being pricks. I highly doubt he’ll work on this again with how people have shitted all over his great work here.

This is why i prefer to keep quiet, i love the emulator and i'm impressed it was even possible to do, but people demanding things while the guy is doing other work is just rude.
