I'm in a Microsoft household. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Linux is a free open-source kernel.
You can download any distribution you want for free and install it in a dualboot system or on a virtual machine (trhough Oracle VirtualBox, vmWare Workstation, qemu and so on).

Too bad I'm on a tablet. I heard touch doesn't even work under Linux.

You can install and run Ubuntu (or any distro) to a flash drive and not mess with anything on the Windows PC. Just gotta burn the image to USB and boot from there.

I can't lanuch the CHMM2,after I select it in hbl,it runs codes on top screen, then it gives me a black screen on top and red on bottom.

My 3DS is N3DS on 10.2J,I use oot3dhax 2.5 and CHMM2 V2.1.2.

P.S.I use CHMM2 successfully when I use browserhax 2.1 on 10.1J.

Try updating your boot.3dsx. Also, I thought oot3dhax couldn't use *hax 2.5, unless something was changed.
