MK8 is still the same. No improvement what so ever (at least for my eyes )
But the shader cache really is a remarkable achievement. No stutters on the 2nd boot.

What about tile swapping? In SMM. I'd imagine that would be a caching issue of sort.

but it was never like this until 1.4 which broke the sky entirely.
