Just got a loadiine version of the game, and that one works for me. (Rotating the camera doesn't stick ) EUR Wud doesn't work.

Exactly, Captain Toad versión USA works at around 10 fps.

Also, if you're going to reupload it somewhere, at least give credit. It took quite a while to find out the offsets for track and character unlock data.
