Wow, I had never heard of Decaf before.Look at it's competitor DeCaf Wii U Emulator.
many compiled versions you just have no idea where to lookWait. Isn't Cemu used to be an Open Source since 1.0.0?
If yes, well @Exzap have a good reason of making the emulator Close Source. Look at it's competitor DeCaf Wii U Emulator.
Not a single "Compiled" version of that emulator.
also this isnt true amd has supported opengl 4.5 since crimson drivers xenia runs greatish on my 390x and 7970 you just have limited information on the subjectYour GPU supports Ogl 4.5 but glsl 4.40 (shader language). If Exzap implement glsl 4.50 and AMD don't implement this in next drivers, you and I with my HD7870 and every other AMD GPU can screw together. This is basically what is happening with Xenia.
Correct.many compiled versions you just have no idea where to look
Hmm. But these are just GIT. Not a build one that is already compiled.
We would like to support as many systems as possible, but if the Wii U can do something that your computer hardware can't do (and as such cannot directly emulate) then you are out of luck. The decision to move to a more recent OpenGL version is due to technical limitations, it's not an arbitrary choice.I don't want to come of rude, but if you keep the source closed and force people to opengl 4.5...
I think the emulator might lose its purpose altogether, if nobody can use it, then what's the point in building it?
At least for me and many people I know who are testing this emulator, it's not a change we would like too see.
I already posted a few times that we would release the source if we get stuck with development or if we abandon the project. We may release the source code earlier depending on the state of the project. But that's something we will decide at a later time.I'm just curious, is the plan just to keep it closed source indefinitely, or do you plan to open source it further down the line once the project has matured a bit? If it's the former, is there a possibility that decision might be reevaluated in the future at some point?
these are compiled from the git see below it has a download link in each post use the mega link given unzip and there ya goHmm. But these are just GIT. Not a build one that is already compiled.

BTW. I'm testing Ducktales Remastered and it's nothing but a very loooooong loading...
It's been 10 minutes!
Oh. I found it. Didn't read properly cause I'm lacking of sleep.these are compiled from the git see below it has a download link in each post use the mega link given unzip and there ya go
