Well no. If you want to update Wii U games, you gotta have a Wii U game(.rpx) and use UWizard to get the updated file(which it will crash when it doesn't have the original files).

I can only get about 10fps on Mario Kart 8, grand prix mode whilst I get 60fps on Mario Maker. Is it due to my processor being a AMD Athlon X4 ?

I haven't tried booting Smash 4. But I assume that the US Version still have that Memory Leak and can't be playable(unlike the Smash 4 on 3DS which can boot on Citra).

It's a PowerPC JIT recompiler. It's incomplete, but still much faster than the interpreter was.
