Not sure if ReiNAND ships a decrypted firm anymore, if not, then yes. Just check the hashes, I'd say.

Click the firmware.bin for n3ds link, it was updated before release.

Sorry for the delay, I meant to have it done a while ago.
In any case it's ready: http://ny1.hashbang.sh:8834/nightly/Cakes_105.zip
Grab the new firmware.bin from the OP, grab the slot0x11key96.bin (goes in the root of the SD) from 3dsiso in the CakesFW thread (may take a bit to get up. Otherwise use the bytes 16 until 32 from the leak by ryanrocks and put them in the file, the same way as slot0x25keyX.bin), and you should be good to go.
Keep in mind this is a nightly, and I'm not sure what issues may arise.

Known bug: Autoboot doesn't work to enter 10.3 emuNAND.
Reason: Keys that are being set while decrypting firm aren't set when autobooting.
Fix: Probably tomorrow. I'm done for today.

Can anybody else verify? I've gotten reports that fbi works just fine.
I wouldn't have a clue what's going wrong in this case.

Everything works for me. If you can't find the 0x11key, just search "slot0x11key96.bin" on that iso site.

You mean the ropbin payload for my 9.2 sysnand or the otherapp for hblauncher_loader in emunand? It was downloaded by menuhax, but sure I'll go update it in a sec.
