You can place the clock.plg & fps.plg in SD:/plugin/game/*.plg if you want to load them for every game without having to copy the plugins in every folders.
Also I did a little modification of the clock & fps plugin.
I merged both widget in one plugin and added an overlay menu to configure what you want to display.
