The roms are repacked using developer's keys and certificates. Gateway can run them.I am interested in knowing one thing. I read that while we are able to decrypt ROMs, we are not able to re-encrypt them.
So how exactly are people editing ROMs and making them playable again? I don't need a guide or anything since I don't see myself doing this any time soon. A simple but explanatory answer is enough.
