It's weird. I input the email and password but tapping login does nothing.

Edit. Scratch that. I just tapped the login button in several places until it got in. Looks promising! Is a voice chat feature off of the question, even in a more distant future?

3DiScord, a Discord client for the 3DS

3DiScord is a heavily WIP Discord client for the 3DS based on VitaCord by devingDev / coderx3.
NOTE: this is based on an old version of VitaCord so no DMs and it may crash.

Features

• Send and recieve messages in servers only (no DMs at the moment)
• 2FA supported

Building

In order to build this homebrew, you'll need the following requirements:

• devkitARM (included in devkitPro)
• ctrulib (included in devkitARM)
• 3ds portlibs
• sf2dlib
• sfillib
• sftdlib

Once you have installed these, a simple "make" should compile it. If you have FBI installed on your 3ds, and python installed on your computer, open FBI and go to "Remote install" -> "Recieve URLs over the network".
On your computer, type "make spunch". This should install the CIA directly on your 3DS!

Well, voice chat is probably the latest thing I would add in it tbh. Moreover, the mic on the 3DS is trash.

If you could make it so that we could launch a game to run while discord is in the background, that would be amazing. Then we could have on console voice chat while we play. Almost like an applet. You could do it like the original *hax 2.0 but instead of the home button taking a screenshot it opened discord.

Again, this won't happen but towards the end of development I would pay for this (Gbatemp bounty anyone?)

You can only see the last 50 messages ATM.

The blank space on the touch screen can be used to scroll through messages.

That would be super inconvenient for strategic multiplayer games. I can't imagine going in and out of a game like Monster Hunter, for example, to speak to people.
