Hacking Question ReiNX makes my switch slow

after reformating my sdcard to exFAT to put a file in over 4gb ( I previously used reinx with fat32) my switch after booting reinx took forever to show the switch boot logo then showed the homescreen for a second before going to black.... Any fixes?
