Hacking reinstalling weather and news channel

Hi guys, having trouble with this one. I have a 3.3J Wii that I softmodded, everything seem to be fine except for the weather and news channel. After I changed region and update to 4.1U using Waninkoko's update, it now has english weather and news channel, but in order to use it, it says I need to perform a system update. Of course, I don't want to do an actual system update. So is there anyway I can get those channels back. I have removed the japanese versino of teh channel using repad.

I wonder if there's a way to reinstall the channels? My thought is I could update my wii with a disc, would this work? and I'll probably have to downgrade the wii again first huh?

You should be able to download the appropriate channels for your region through NUSD.
