Thats odd. I tried using region free on my 3ds, but it just comes up with a black screen.

You cant use region free. I thought it only worked on 9.7.0 and below?

works fine on my 9.9 original euro 3ds I have tried 3 American and 1 Japanese games and they all work perfectly

Works fine on my 10.1 n3DS. He probably just didn't update the readme.

When you talking about that issue you have, are you using any whateverHax or RegionFOUR?... Indeed, for your information, RegionFOUR thing is just obsolete now!

Guys what i say before about resetting the DNS each time i turn off the console, was that i just enter to youtube before the 3DS is fully contected into the internet so, that's why it failed before.

Now you can use ThemeHax or BrowserHax, in return of TubeHax!

TubeHax seems to fail for some people because some routers and/or ISPs demand to use only their specific/default DNS, not custom.
