Homebrew Region free question

Hello, i'm looking to use Tubehax to use region free so i can play Inazuma Eleven GO 3 Galaxy. My 3DS currently have ver 9.9.0-26U. Is Tubehax my best option or there is something else?

As long as you have Youtube downloaded and you've change your DNS server.

You can update to 10.1.0-27U. For ironhax you will need to get the latest installer and re-install: http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/installer.zip

If you are using tubehax, yes. If you have Ironfall or Ocarina of Time 3D, you can use those for offline homebrew.

Guys the game seems to work but for some reason each time i turn off the console and turn on, i need to reput the DNS in order to tubehax to work. Is that normal?

I don't think so. It should be saved.

I'm pretty sure it works on all firmwares that TubeHax/IronHax/Ninjhax 2.0/Whateverhax supports. I could be wrong about that though.

I think you're thinking of Region Three, but Region Four worked for fw's after that, and the region free loader (in-built into the homebrew launcher) works with all fw's.
