Hacking Region Free Games With Disc Channel

I pre-ordered Another Code R, and I want to know something.

Using GeckoOS, is there any way I can boot it from the disc channel and have it force NTSC when I do?
Or maybe just boot from the disc channel without forcing NTSC?
