youre right it DOES work , ive tried differnet games with ntsc format and they do work. Im running on 3.2e with cioscorp and the hacks.ini file from the first page in this topic..

Will i have to reinstall any of CIOSCORP? (The CIOS30 wad?)

Ok my results.. I can't get one out of region game to work PAL games working as before.
I can't see how you fellas are making the NTSC games work. Mine only work in GAMMA channel

Comments? Any response?

Got one NTSC working Cars (maybe patched to region free it)

i've no idea how i got this to work, saturday was a busy wii modding day for me so i'll start from the top, i removed all starfall hacks then installed preloader, then turned the hacks on that come with the original file,
so later that day i found a new hack.ini list from the preloader thread and edited my own with this one with out removing installed hack, this bricked my wii, some hacks i couldnt change from dissabled to enabbled and viceversa and some i could, then when the wii booted it froze on the heath screen ( if this was because of starfall i may have reinstalled it then reinstalled preloader over it before the bigger hack file was added i cant remember) so i held reset and booted hbc and ran wad manager and installed a 3.2e.wad i got from bushings iso, so now i'm thinking screw this i like starfall much better, so install that,
even later that day i read more of the preloader thread again and saw the Davi92's hack.ini witch was ntsc and pal in one ini so i edited all the ntsc hacks away, uninstalled starfall hacks ran the hack remover dol just to be safe then installed the new hacks,
even more later that day i was browsing a wii iso website hint hint and saw a nice guild and all files needed for cioscorp and the remove files too so i thoght what the heck lets give that ago so i installed all the wad and didnt bother with multi cios installer for the rest, then i was reading the cioscorp and preloader thread late saturday night and saw people couldnt run out of region games, so i tried and the rest as they say is history,

oh hang an a minute
could it be because in installed preloader first, could it really be that simple????

Well I did install cioscorp first from the same website as you...then preloader. But ho many ntsc games have you got working? and what are they? perhaps some do just work in any region.
Sonic Unleached works but i think i region freed it

I tested all my PAL games, and none of them works, just the NTSC-U, and I did it in the same order:

1)remove all the hacks from Starfall
2)Use preloader remover (just to check) and it gave me error -106, wich means there wasn't any hacks.ini file in the Wii FS
3)Installed Preloader and activate all the hacks needed
4)Installed CIOSCORP

RESULTS:
Only Mario Strikers (PAL) but I'm not sure if it's not region free'd, checking now..

this is getting strange, maybe its a compatability thing then

put your iso's of the non working games through the iso patcher and see if any of the use the bugfixed cios

or maybe workin games only use the bugfixed cios

I tried with the one you linked me and another one Cant remember the name wii updater or something...all say USA disc. Maybe just a few USA do work but not many

im pretty sure now i was a false positive, to be sure though, @ patryc get hold of a weski scrubbed its only a small file, i just found out wii music only shows the banner for me then black screen

why not just use starfall's region free setting?

90% sure it stops working with cioscorp, but preloader is better brick protection either way

starfall works perfectly! im using it to play rock band 2 ntsc-u on my pal wii! and its 30000X easier than this.

wii music ntsc-u is working on my pal wii with starfall!!


preloader is riskier, because it edits the sysmenu.
