Hacking Region Change Secureinfo_B?

so im attempting to change my region, but the weird this is when navigating to the rw/sys folder i only see a secureinfo_b? where is my secureinfo_a to replace.

Seems like you can just inject the SecureInfo_A file and it will work (you can delete SecureInfo_B afterwards if you want to)
That's what a quick search got me anyway.

I could not get rxtools to inject a secureinfo_B. You might have to use decrypt9.
