Hacking Region Change - black screen

Hello,

I've patched "No More Heroes 2" iso with RegionFrii from USA to PAL, but after launching the game I get black screen. I've a PAL console 3.1 with Wiikey 2. (I've also IOS 38, 53, 55 but this shouldn't be important)

I've tried with Video Mode Changer but the disc isn't recognized.

If I use Neogamma the game works (but obviously I want to use the disc channel).

Is it a region change problem? How can I do it properly?

As far as my limited Technical knowledge reaches...this game hasnt got no PAL offset.
So it cant be forced, or changed to PAL.

Have to wait until March....except if you have a PAL/NTSC TV

But it works with Neogamma and without forcing PAL... Why the modchip doesn't?
