Hacking Rednand, sysConfig Tool, and overclocking...?

I can't seem to find much information on what "sysConfig Tool" can actually do.. Is it possible to overclock the Wii U with rednand + sysConfig Tool? Like others I'm playing BOTW and was wondering if there was anything else I can do to further improve the performance..

Not with systemconfigtool, why would Nintendo give the console a higher speed and not activate it by default? (It's not a N3DS which should perform like an O3DS on O3DS software)

Rednand if anything may reduce performance, since cheap and/or large consumer SDs are on average slower than eMMCs; but good chances are this difference is negligible
