Hi. I have searched around but i'm posting here in case i missed something. Is there at all a homebrew application that can be run parallell to a game, and record what you're doing on the screen? Because my computer doesn't run very well, and emulators don't seem to run very well, i chose to get a flashcard, but i'd like to make some playthoughs of my games. Does anyone know of such homebrew? Thank in advance.

Not possible I think, the DS isn't capable of multitasking (the ability to run 2 different things at the same time).
That's why the DS can't for example play music via Moonshell and play a game.

Nope, games are still run by the NDS, and you can't run an NDS game + a homebrew on the same time.

    Thats a shame.
How about then prehaps using a card in the GBA slot to do it? Would that work?

the only way youtube gets High quality Videos is because they use Emulators
often times a Rom and a save file used from their Flash kards
MOst of the time when a flashkard is used is for Battle Videos on pokemon
