Record microphone sound +device's background togheter with obs?

I'm not able to do that,would record both sounds ,one of them as background,but with obs after placed all the settings correctly(I believe)then when I do a test the video is without none sounds.
Can someone help me with it? Thank you

I have a similar issue except my stream gets no sound at all.

Similar to me,infact me too can't hear sounds I record with OBS.Only connected my microphone but not able to connect my 3ds connected by jack cable that is not recognized
