RECOMMEND ME MUSIC

Too many youtube videos. My browser is gonna die.

Sing along!

On a gaming-centric website,
where we're all completely inundated with games and their soundtracks,
can we seriously not think of any songs that didn't come from games?

Not attacking, just wondering.

Be aware that the kid is 15 years old.
I'm not saying that it's bad.
But it's normal to feel attraction towards this music.

More toleration.

There's nothing wrong with tolerance and understanding.
Thank you for being a better guide than me in this instance.

How about we go old-school for a moment. I really love the old Singer/Songwriters that were well known in the 70s,
and this particular song brings a lot of peace to my heart

Got a bit tired of listening to the albums I already have so now I just open up my favourite Spanish radio station and leave it playin'.

I do the same, only that, instead of spanish, or english, I set a French radio station, mostly M2ChillOut, BoozikLounge or Chocolat Radio Pour les gourmands de musique.

I am listening to a lot of NU Disco and Synthpop and other weaboo stuff (like Future Funk) lately.
Some of my favs are Porter Robinson, GHOSTDATA, and Madeon as well.

This is my favourite track from Porter Robinson's "Worlds".

About you not liking The Beatles, I have to ask if you like musical movies?
There's one called Across The Universe, where the story is (very loosely) inspired on The Beatles' songs, and only feature their songs... but sung by the cast and with a different production.
Many Beatles fans hate the movie... I love it.

Here's a clip from the movie:

It's not that i hate them, nor that I've avoided listening their music.
In fact I do listen their music, I know who they are, I know 5 or 6 songs, I even have some of George Harrison, Paul and John in my collection.
Even from Pink Floyd.
Is just that I don't wake up everyday saying: "Oh, Another day to listen to The Beattles, Hurray!"

Movies Music... er, I don't watch TV, nor movies. I DO avoid watching TV or movies.
Unless is some cult classic, or movies from Kubrik, Ridley, Tarantino, Burton or Coppola.
Those and War related movies (The Pianist, Schindler's List, etc.)

Will check that video though.

I fucking like this.
I can tell why Beattles fans hatted this. Can see the meaning of the song and the cinematics/symbols. Very clever. If Beattles fan's had that open mind to relate the meaning of the lyrics with the symbols, maybe they'd like this a little.

Imagine if I were to take Lindsay Lohan's movies and replaced every clip with Pink Floyd's songs. :rofl2:
