so i finally hacked my psp. everything so far seems to be working fine except for patapon 2.
i purchased patapon 2 from psn a while back and it was on my memory card before i hacked the psp, now it doesn't load. what options do i have to fix this?
should i redownload from psn (using psnfucker?)?
or would it be better to get it from a torrent?
or is there a better solution?
thanks

and also can someone help me with installing plugins, or guiding me to a tutorial or somthing?

thanks again

Patapon2 probably had to be patched to be playable on CFW. PSNFucter only allows you to re-connect to the PSN, and download *certain* titles, there's a good chance that patapon 2 was one of the exceptions. For now torrents may be the best solution.

You own it already so re-downloading via torrents would be perfectly legal.
Er, it's still illegal. Doesn't matter if you own 10 copy's of the game or none.

Let's give an example shall we?
Say you bought a game, you lost the disc or broke it.
So is it perfectly legal to go to a Game store and rob the same game?

Your example is irrelevant because physical doesn't equal digital.

Go with whichever method is faster. Psn is slow to me so I would probably use megaupload or torrents for it, but if psn is fast use it. Also if you just download them they will work if you flash your psp again unlike psn which will not.

Games purchased via PSN work fine on a hacked PSP. You may simply have to re-download and reactivate your purchase. If you installed GEN (hopefully you did), you can re-download your purchase from the PSN to your PSP over USB via Sony Media Go on the PC. GEN spoofs the FW revision to Media Go, which allows you to purchase/download games from the PSN that way.

Conversely, you could always just download the ISO from somewhere. It's up to you.

for some reason, psn won't let me download it again anyways. so i found a .cso and my saves still work with it, so i guess that's the way i'll have to go

thank you thaddius for the guide link, much appreciated

and both thaddius and purplesludge are right, if you buy something, you can download a backup of it legally

As pointed out before, piracy =/= stealing. But you're right, it's still illegal. Distributing or downloading any software without the author's permission is illegal in most countries.
