alright, I think he's found the cause. here's what he said now: The issue is caused by hashes, maybe I'm using another version of 4.84.2, can you send me the latest Rebug 4.84.2 build that your friend is using?

I use the version that can be downloaded from the Ultimate Toolbox. I can’t download it anywhere anymore

As I have tested it, Cex and Dex unfortunately do not work with Cobra 8.3. Then I'll switch to the 4.88 Evilnat, which I think is the better option anyway.

So I'm still on Rebug Rex now maybe I'll stay because it's my favorite CFW haha. Yes, it doesn't work with Cobra 8.3, you can let Evilnat know. With Rebug Rex everything works also ps2 but not with Cobra 8.3 but with 8.2.

it's supposed to, but I don't know what's going on here. maybe you could test ps2 games? I'm no longer on rebug. iirc, the stage2 cex and dex files go in rebug/cobra on the internal flash, so enable dev_blind in webman mod or whatever you use.
