Hacking [Realease] ReiNand Cfw

Essentially its written from scratch so its not a mockup on cakes. Also i had some weird issue where devmenu would crash.. now thats magically fixed.

I reckon the very early beta of Reinand is extremely stable. All I need is a basic CFW loading without any additional functions. Just load the disable sig check and Emunand, done. Thanks for all.

I've had no problems booting into emuNAND either, it's nice not having to use Gateway to boot up emu anymore

Use free multi patcher for any region free and fw spoofing (as CIA on Emunand)

There is no region patching as far as i know yet.

Also, how is DLC region handled? Because from what i can see from the tools we have available for region patching at the moment (rxTools, fre-multi-patcher etc) out of region dlc doesn't work (even with the matching out of region game). Just curious.

The latest version boots super fast too So fast i didn't even see anything except a black screen then BAM! emunand. haha

Just unlink your Sys and Emu by formatting the Sys with the internal SD removed then.

it's not that case. after multi patcher applied, the out of region games appears wrapped. i hope the region free feature implemented natively.

I do wanna add region free, but theres 2 reasons i wont be able to do it right away..
1. rxtool's example is hacky
2. i have no more room in my arm9 thread to put a hacky implementation even if i wanted. (unless i moved it to somewhere else... and i cant find a safe area for that)

Just do a basic one (sig check disabled, emunand), improve stability and mset support. You're the best. No need to do other stuff.

Honestly, there will be a FreeHax for NinjHax at the end of the week. MSET seems no need if you're lucky enough.

Also, I have several cartridges, is it possible to use my legit cartridges and use unsigned DLC/updates with this CFW? I want to use my Smash to keep my data but I can't use it because it ask me for the updates and I can't download them legitly on my console.

well it plays DS carts, lol.. i never owned a DS/DSi so dont really know much about dsiware or TWL stuff

It dumps FCRAM. Annoying yes, but you can always set fighting animation to none in the settings

I had this happen to a few games when trying to skip scenes. Like in luigi's mansion, fire emblem and others. At first I thought it was a bad cia file or possibly bugs in the cfw. But after I seen this I got my answer that it is intentional.

But can this be disabled? Or somehow modified to not have the start trigger it?

I noticed the version before this one had mset support, that's why I'm still using the old version. But this version is missing it for now, it's just really really nice not having to use my stupid Gateway card to boot into emuNAND
