Hacking Re-bind buttons for GBA games?

Is it possible to somehow rebind the GBA's A and B buttons to something like Y and B when playing GBA games on the DS?

Haha silly modchip. I mean, it'd be cool and all, I guess, but I'd rather have it switch my X and B buttons for gba games. So X would be B.

hmm... the modchip doesn't allow re-mapping, bummer...
