Hardware Rcm Loader One is not working

After I have used my Rcm Loader One 2 times, it glows red all the time and it cannot be used. When I connect it to the computer, nothing happens. Is this a common problem or is it broken?

If you hold down the + button, does it change colors? Red is SX OS, blue is Atmoshere, and green is Reinx. And maybe try plugging into dif usb port, or dif pc and see if reconizes it as a Sd/ storage device. Or try a dif usb cable to pc even.

yes that may be an issue...maybe the unit is bad, or got corrupted somehow. Sorry to hear. You can try emailing them to see if they can help you more. Good Luck.

xkit.xyz didnt sell it. I dont see the order for it. Even click "Product" and dont see the order for it. Curiosity.

Well where ever it was purchased, I'd email them for support/ replacement....
