The R4 team only made the R4. Any R4i, R4 SDHC, R4 Red, R4 King, R4 Happy Box, or R4-fucking-anything is a clone.

The companies just know they're not going to get sued for it, so they continue to use the R4 name and lie to people. What are you going to do, take them to court because the device they sold you to play pirated ROMs isn't playing them properly? They know you won't do that, so they continue to lie.
