Hacking R4ids start menu wont work

I just loaded up my r4ids card and it was all good. I went into the start menu (can't remember how i got there) and turned on the "safe mode"menu item. I now can't figure out how to get back to the start menu to turn it off, it seems to have locked me out maybe. Can someone help. I bought the card from r4ids.cn.

How the heck are you supposed to get to the start menu anyway just tap on the start button on the bottom of the screen? It doesn't work if that's the way.

Any ideas what I should do now?

Safe mode is pretty much "may this help your kids not fuck up anything". Just plug your microSD into your computer and change the globalsettings.ini option (should be somewhat easy to find).
