Hacking R4i SDHC stuck on loading screen

I'm trying to set up a R4i SDHC, but every firmware I've tried has been stuck on the loading screen. I want to get YSmenu but none of the download links work, I think all those sites have long been shut down. Any ideas?

What is the website that is written on the front of your cart?
Also, format your µSD with the Panasonic SD Formatter, not Windows.

ALWAYS BACKUP your µSD to a backup folder on your PC BEFORE formatting!!!
Format your µSD with the Panasonic SDFormatter
Use these options to format : FORMAT TYPE : FULL (OverWrite). FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT : ON

Card was formatted with mkfs.vfat /dev/mmcblk0p1, as Windows is not available to me. This is equivalent to using the Panasonic SDFormatter however.

Card is 1.4.1, has the WiFi symbol, looks like the last pic you posted.

I didn't want to make a new thread so I'll just necro this one. I have an R4i Upgrade v1.4 (NDSi/NDSL/NDS) from www.R4I-SDHC.com . I tried using the 3DS (whitelist downgraded and patched TWL_FIRM so it should work no matter what.) and DSi v1.4.5 and DS Lite and it gets stuck on the loading screen. I've tried emailing them but no response. I've also verified the code on the back and it is real

When I formerly playing ds games with my r4i dual core, it also got stuck at the loading screen.
I tried many ways to solve it, like formatting the microsd card and then placing the correct files back to the root of the card again.
But finally I worked it out by pressing HOME button to go back to the home menu when it got stuck at loading and then load the flashcart again.
I think sometimes the console/ flashcart may get stuck due to some reason.

I was also looking for this software on a (new) R4i SDHC -Dual Core- and it had an brocken SD, I couldn't found it anywhere.. I had to fix the SD card to obtain a working software so I'll leave it here for anyone who is searching for this software!
