Hacking R4i Gold U1.4 help

I got my R4i Gold in the mail today.
I put the R4i Gold firmware and a game on it.
I turned on my DSi and loaded up the R4i.
Went to games and loaded my game up
it said processing and the went to the two
black screens but the top one just said loading
and didn't go anywhere from there.

any help would be appreciated.
