Hacking r4i gold stuck at menu screen

i wanted to update my card at r4igold.cn

"Date:[2011-12-12] 3DS V3.0.0-5i upgrade package will be updated [Download] "

i updated it but when i clicked my r4, i got an sd card with a question mark and saying "menu?"

any help, please.

What is the website printed on your card's front sticker?

Try reinstalling the kernel, or you can also use RGF's (RetroGameFan) files for your kernel because your r4 is supported by it,

i wanted to reinstall the kernel but i couldnt get past the menu screen. =))
