Hacking R4i gold probelm

My card version is V1.4.2, does anyone have links to download everything needed for it to work? When I turn on my ds everything is blank, even the title you click to enter into the r4. Someone said Bootload but I do not know what that means. Please answer in as much detail as possible for I am new at this tech stuff. Please send a link to help me redownload my games and fix it. The website on my card: r4i-gold.hk does not work anymore

Unfortunately there is not much that can be done (unless anybody has special files for your cart). The "normal" method, http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ , does not have any downloads for your R4 and the Wayback Machine does not have much of the page indexed.

Download link named "upgrade firmware package" works – but I guess it's not for your cart because you mentioned 1.4.1 and not "unlimited upgradable"

The download link to the English kernel software for the 1.4.0 up to 1.4.3 carts works as well bot does not seem to contain firmware update to reflash the cart. The missing icon sounds like the cart firmware (≠ kernel) has been damaged.

If you are using DS (Lite|Phat) this only leaves the possibility to replace the cart unless somebody else can offer firmware. On DSi or 2|3DS consider using TWiLight Menu++ instead of the flashcart.
