Hacking r4i gold mooshell problem

hi i have a r4i gold and i have put 1.30 firmware on it on the website it says

"After downloading and decompressing the new updated files, there will be one shell folder and two files _DS_MENU.DAT、 _DS_MSHL.NDS.Copy these files to the root directory of TF card to replace the former files"

i am assuming that the system folder is the root of the TF card so i put the files in there but when i loaded it up it froze on the loading screen

i fixed is by putting _DS_MENU.DAT on the TF not in any folders

but i have movedthe _DS_MSHL.NDS files to various places on the TF card but when i press the media button it freeze and says moonshell extension memory not found...

any help
i have the firmware from r4ids.com and i am using a v1.4 dsi
