Which one are you using. If you are using r4 (not the gold) this is just the launcher it self ( it is not even loading the card)It's stucked right here...
I would try different kernels (firmwares) and definitly try ysmenu: https://gbatemp.net/threads/retrogamefan-updates-releases.267243/i'm stucked then
The card fits just rightI would try different kernels (firmwares) and definitly try ysmenu: https://gbatemp.net/threads/retrogamefan-updates-releases.267243/

That's because you're missing something , like the all firmwarei keep getting a red menu question mark
To get the card works i just changed the date to 2010Hello.
Same card, same issue here.
What I've come to understand is:
r4-gold.com made this card, and due to the way these clone cards work they have timebomb-firmware, meaning that the old firmwares will just display an error message upon boot explaining you have the wrong or out of date firmware.
Unfortunately r4i-gold.com is gone, so when I tried using r4i-gold.eu firmware it booted fine however after trying to select a game it then tells me that I must use the .com firmware, as seen in a photo in a previous post by OP's.
Is there another way that doesn't involve changing the time/date? The EU firmware will work but perhaps there's a way of changing what part of the firmware checks for the correct card, if that could be changed or the timebomb changed then this would solve the issue.
