Hacking r4i gold flash card problem

hello!i have a dsi and r4i gold flashcard 1.4.1E.when i try to run any game i have this error "load errcode=-1 please reset the system"
im trying to do anything format micro sd card,i flash it whith newest kernel 1.62b,reset my DSI and nothing!
plz anyone give a help????thanks alot.....
