Hacking R4i Gold 3DS starting... INDEFINATELY

Hey Guys. I just bought an R4i for my 3ds. Legit from an r4ids.cn. dealer. Has the Dorasu logo, and the 3ds recognizes it, and will launch it, but it gets stuck on the R4i Gold 3DS starting screen, indefniately. The 1st thing I did when I got it was try to put the latest wood on it. Extracted those files to my SD card it poped it in launched it, and stared at the starting screen for about 5 minutes. Then I deleted the Wood files and just copied a NSMB rom to the card inserted and launched and... same thing.

Am I doing something wrong? I'd tried this in both my 3DS and my old DSlite and it does the same thing. Any help would be awesome.

wood need to be on there all the time
you dont delete wood off it

you most likely put the wrong wood on the card also
hence why it wouldnt load to the menu

download this and make sure extracted propperly

You might need to try another new MicroSD card or re-format the old one.

Yea, it looks like I just grabbed the wrong version of wood. Grabbed the version from r4ids.cn extracted and it works.
