I cant see the photo. Is there a boot.firm file in the root on your SD Card?
In wich firmware version are you?

To view the photo right click on the little image next to "IMG" and click open in new tab and yes there is a boot.firm on the root of my sdcard and the firmware version im on is 11.6.0-39E

Yeah it needs to.
Try this:
Check that the flashcart is in D and insert it into your console.
Extract the files from this zip to the root of your 3DS SD: https://mega.nz/#!LcwXCQZK!lWmhnBznE3H-gXW7u-Rm-1D68C8XLNf8JGDDQ2IeeZA
Overwrite any existing files.
Hold Start during boot, then select ntrboot_flasher
Press A to continue, then select R4i Gold.
Select Restore flash.
When it finishes, reboot console.

I have the same R4, do you know why he sees in the micro sd roms .GBA but does not run them?

The card can't play .GBA games only .NDS, There are some .GBA emulators that you might wanna look into if you want to play .GBA games
