My god, I'm a newbie to the R4 and even I know it cant run Nintendo 64 Roms.

What a dumb thing to ask.

So, if the DS is too underpowered to run N64 roms ... that must mean, the N64 is well capable of running DS roms. OMG, that is so cool! I'm gonna plug an R4 into the slot on my N64 and start playing Brain Age on my big screen TV. I'm soooo excited.

ou'd first need to be able to make an N64 that small and to prepend a chip handling video output on the DS screen and controller input. and you need to prevent the electronics inside the "new" R4 from burning the DS.
