R4 unbrick

Hi everybody,
I have seen many many post on the internet about R4 Brick, i brick mine too, but never get an answer on how i can unbrick them so i made my research and find two way to do that depend on how hard was the brick and wan't to share with you.

_1: with a CFW 3DS get ntr_boot on your Luma/Payload folder, get a Backup file of your cart, start with START+POWER enter NTR_Boot and restore flashcart (wait i can be long and a power off will rebrick your cart)

_2: buy a CH341a programmateur get the right .bin file for your cart and flash the eeprom directly with it

The first one is when the Flashcart is not recognize by the 3ds but by ntr_boot, it's safer and user friendly.
The second one is when the HEx of the eeprom is fully blank.

I got all files if needed for the R4 gold from R4isdhc.
Have a good day and never give up when people say it's impossible.

What flashcart do you have? Pictures are appreciated. There are a vast majority of clones using the 'r4isdhc' brand.

that's an offical 2020 label but that's more a generic "tuto" for unbrick than a specific for one. i try with some clone from friends it work nice as long you can dump a fonctionnal one or find the good files for your specific flashcart.
my file work on 2020 label and 2015 label official r4isdhc gold pro.

You've got a DSTTi DEMON cart which will work on ntrboot. Follow the instructions from the guide here: https://3ds.hacks.guide/ntrboot.html

To recover the SPI flash backup, copy 'r4isdhc-backup.bin' inside of the 'ntrboot' folder on the root of your SD card, then restore using ntrboot-flasher.

I don't think we are on the same radio frequency. I'm not here to seek for help, but to share a solution because sometimes ntr-boot don't recognize the flashcart when it's fully blank. When mine was brick i don't find easyly information to unbrick so now that i unbrick somes real and clone i just want to share the 2 solutions i found.

Did the brick look like this?
(Mine didn’t brick but I got this frozen screen with broken audio when I opened my SEGA genesis rom folder, upon restarting a few times it was working again and the folder no longer did this)
