Homebrew R4 SDHC Dual Core 2017 Kernel?

I've been searching all over for the kernel for the flash cart mentioned and i cannot seem to find it. The website of the card is r4isdhc.com.cn. I have a 3ds with a9lh on 11.4 firmware, I don't know if it was patched or not but if any of you know and could tell me that would be great. I have an 11.3 backup so if its patched then i can just go back to that firmware whenever i want to play ds games.

I have the same cart and it should work fine 11.4. Nintendo hasn't blocked any DS carts since 7.0
