Hacking R4 microSD failure

I've had a R4 Revolution Flash Card for a few years now, and I never had an issue with it. Last week, the card stopped working. When I tried to plug the microSD card into my computer, nothing would come up. After some research, I discovered the MicroSD was dead and threw it out.
I picked up a new microSD card on ebay, just a cheap one at random, since I figured the microSD didn't matter, it was the flashcart that was the important item. I got it in the mail today and tried to load my firmware/roms back on it. However, it's a 4gig micro SDHC, which, apparently, is incompatible with r4 (I've been trying all evening with several different firmwares, nothing works)

Where can I buy a new microSD card that is compatible with r4?

it has to be a micro sd card that is NOT SDHC nor SDXC
Basically if the micro sd card is 2gigs or less, you got the right one!

You'll want what I put in the link below. Non-SDHC only, so 2gb is gonna be your limit unless you spend the stupid amount of cash on the handful of 4gb non-SDHC cards (hard to find and expensive as hell).

I use an Original R4 myself and am pretty familiar with the 2gb limit.

Get a 2GB card at walmart, simple. Couple bucks more than online but you don't have to wait.
