im wondering if theres any way for me to run the r4 menu, yasu menu or wood r4 on my r4 sdhc? i have THIS one.

If you are lucky, ysmenu might work...if you can set it up. As for the R4 menu...I'm not sure anyone would use the original R4 menu if they had other options, but woodR4 is definitely never going to work.
