Sup guys,
Just have some very n00b questions and errors on my new R4 III Upgrade. (yes i know its a clone and needs specific files)

This is probably really stupid, but i did it:
I tried to have JUST DSOrganize on my R4. Nothing else is on it. And DSOrganize is the root.
Of course it gets stuck at 'loading...'

Ive got both the special files DSOrganize recommend (exec_stub.bin) & (r4tf.dldi).
(Both from DSOrganize Wiki for R4.)

I know that (exec_stub.bin) goes into h:/dsorginize/resources/
But I have NO idea what to with (r4tf.dldi). Nor do i know if i even need it.

So, is DSOrganize a firmware? Can I use it like one? I would like to just turn on my DS and go straight to it...
I reallllyy don't like having to go through the DS III firmware and THEN loading DSOrganize.
It'll actually work going through to it that way, but its a PAIN.

Is there anyway for my little dreams to come true?
Thanks in advance guys, this site is great. Cant believe I didn't join earlier.

To my knowledge, DSOrganize is NOT a firmware. It is a homebrew that requires its own DLDI patching as per Firmware. You will either have to use the latest firmware from www.r4dsl.net or YSMenu, which is far cleaner and can play GBAGames with all versions of the 3-in-1+ slot 2 device, without need for the GBAExploader. Steps to put YSMenu on all R4 clones can be found in Triassic's post on this page; http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=97615&st=270.

So right now...Ive done everything the guide has said.
Stuck on LOADING...

What now?

ALSO...it seems im not able to use .nds homebrews. Doesn't using asking for a solution for DSOrginize require something that can use homebrews? D:>
