Hacking R4 Game list

I was told there was an autoboot app that shows a list of all my games on my R4 and game icons as well. Is there actually an application out there that does this? It would really help for the younger kids around using my DS.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
