The only thing on Micro SD cards aren't just DS Games. Plenty of people put music, photos, books/text and videos on their cards also ya know.
Those things take a lot more space than just games, which do come in sizes larger than 120mb.
Besides the DSTT is better than the R4. Its still being updated, it supports SDCH and if you're going to use 5 letter ancronyms, then why not just use the ancronym tag so people will know what you mean.

Also, if you dont care about SDHC--as everyone isn't obligated to--then why'd you even make this thread you loon.
Plus, the link you provided has REVIEWS of the item--5 of them, all dated prior to this topics creation, I beleive. 4 of which are negative and the only 5-star review for this item would seem as if the writer didn't even read about the item. It would seem that user is just an R4 jockey/fanboy who saw the letter "R" followed by the number "4" and went into a Fanboy spasm of thoughtlessness and rapid typing.

Since when was the DSTT a clone cart...? I know there were some people that were selling DSTT under the R4 name, but still, they got a better cart anyways... He apparently doesn't know anything at all... Cheaper, not a clone of the R4, has SDHC which doesn't always matter, and has had better support recently. You can even use YSMenu for a unofficial menu that is similar to the R4. The R4 is great, but you might as well be buying something new if you don't have one. Just let him buy an R4 and let him be happy. He apparently doesn't read what people say. And if he buys a clone cart, we might as well laugh at him. You come here knowing it might be a clone, yet don't even consider other people's opinions...

Just to tell you where to find a legit R4, go to Realhotstuff.com, Dealwoot.com, or leetmod.com if you live in the US... I believe those are a few good places that don't sell clones. You can also buy from DealExtreme/VoumeRate for a cheaper but longer shipping BUT AVOID ANYTHING THAT SAYS "Works just like an R4!" Those are clones usually.

BTW, the largest game as of now is 256 MB.

Actually not all games work for the R4, theres several games that don't work at all on the R4 and some even been out for months and one over a year old that still haven't been fixed in the R4 loader. Also several games that we're patched were done in a way where no codes will work for them no matter what you do. Also the cheat system in the R4 is rather buggy as well where games would freeze with some codes or the codes don't simply work in cases where they should. There is an unofficial patch that fixes some of these problems but causes problems and freezing in other games.

256MB is the biggest DS game available, idiot. There's 4 games that size.

Secondly, why is SDHC so important? I'm not using it just for my DS. I'm using it for my Mp3 as well.

Besides, SINCE ONE PERSON WANTS 2 GIGS OF GAMES, THEN EVERYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD WILL ONLY NEED 2 GIGS BECAUSE ONLY I USE 2 GIGS. IT'S A FLAWLESS LOGIC!

I have 4 gigs of ROMs, and a few good emulators with some roms for that. If you're late into the Flashkart scene, and only played a little bit of games, you'll probably need more than 2 gigs, since there's over 50 games in a list anyway.

Stop being so self-centered, and think of other people's situations, instead of writing some piece of bullshit that hardly counts as an argument.

Another thing, are you considering a DSTT as a clone? Are you an idiot? Just because it's 20 bucks, doesn't mean it'll break. I had some personal experience with it, and it's actually pretty durable, and etc. Second of all, how is it a clone? It doesn't copy the R4's GUI, or anything even relevent.

You're probably one of those idiot consumers that buys things by how you see them, and think expensive things are always better than cheaper things. You're just like my friend who thinks the Ipod is the best, because he has some good experience with it. He completely bashes other MP3s that he never even seen, or heard of, just because it's not an ipod. Why not go out there and buy Bose Tri-port, and keep saying it's the best.

Yes, it's already been proven to be photo shoped around 3 months ago.

And even if did have SDHC, it wouldn't help that much in sales, due to its high price.

I have 50 NDS games, 3 Neo Geo games, 14 GBA titles, 10-20 GB/C games, 30 NES games 13 SNES titles, 6 Genesis titles, Lots of homebrew apps and games and 1 movie.

Yeah, I sure do need 3 2GB card when I could have 1 6GB card.

Why nobody suggested that he buy himself a DS-Extreme, it's a way better than R4, and he will have everything he gets with R4 plus internal memory (no need for stupid microSD cards)..

Ontopic: I think we made a good point why is the R4 outdated, and reason why you should check for the other carts..
-SDHC (more memory)
-firmware updates
-more options
-lower price for better solutions
-safer support (as R4 haven't updated for long time, and didn't announce they're planning to release a new R4)

Also the R4DS is only $30 at deal extreme and shipping takes 10 days. Thats not too long at all considering that I orderd from places that charge for shipping before and it took over a month.

Also, they're just a bit touchy about the R4. About the lower price...well...there are a lot of R4 fakes circulating recently so there's still a big risk in buying that particular flashcard. >_

The EZ Flash V + is an alright card... But people would still recommend you get a different card... And it's not that SDHC IS special... It's just that it's not worth it to buy the R4 at the current rate and price... Still... with Ez V updates vs R4 updates, I'd probably say Ez V if you are getting a new cart and for some reason refuse to get a DSTT or AceKard 2(THEY ARE NOT CLONES).

You're still being ignorant, and you're being called a fanboy, because you keep speaking as if it's the best, and the only cart available. We've never said it's only the SDHC support. We've said the future support in general, SDHC support (Yea, yea, stop bitching about this), future firmware updates, and its price.

The R4 is still 40 bucks on DX, idiot. The shipping varies, however. There's barely any people that will buy an EZflash SDHC at this moment, because of the team's lack of updates, and the past of the Ezflash-V. You're still coming up with some lame bullshit that can be easily countered. Do more research and come back.

What are you, another average 14 year old that doesn't research any of the products you purchase, and only purchase them due to peer pressure, or only because you're friends said it was good? And keeps claiming it's the best although you have no experience with any other carts available, or even think of other people's situations, and only thinks for himself? Then says it's the best because you've used it, and other ignorant consumers who buy it in the current times use it (If you purchased a R4 more than 5 months ago, then you're not in my 'current times' list.
