Hacking R4 Download play compatibility list

The main idea is to have a list of games that DO work, so you can put the on your card, fire it up in local game store and play with poor friends who don't own a DS

Post rom number, name and region and other info like flashed to unflased DS worked, flashed to flash didn't...you know

There's already a list for the M3DS Simply and the R4 will give the exact same results.

This list is tested unflashed to unflashed, but with slot1 cards flashing doesn't seem to improve the download play compatibility anymore...
