Gaming R4 Cards On eBay

Hi,
Are R4 cards allowed to be sold on eBay now?
When i wanted one last year i looked on there and couldn't find them anywhere, but in the past 3 weeks i have seen at least 10 being sold on there, i got one in the end but wouldn't mind buying a spare,

Wondered if eBay have changed there rules or something ?

I think they got notifications from Nintendo. Iv seen a decrees in all types of flashcards being sold at Ebay.

That's good then as would like to bid on one but didn't know if it would just get removed,

If there is an auction up and running it would not be any problems. I think they mostly focused on the .CN vendors selling on Ebay.
