I have an R4 and an EDGE. The R4 has the proper cheat enabled that disables the "Thanks for Playing" screen. However, whenever I play multiplayer there is a "communication error." I am not sure if this is a side effect of the cheat on the R4 or just a problem caused by the EDGE or both. I can play quests for hours with no problems, it is only when I want to go back to the town to buy stuff (leave the quest screen) that I get this communication error. I have also tried patching the ROM with the ips file that is floating around. It caused the same problem at the same point. Not sure what to do at this point. Anyone else have a similar problem? I feel like it has something to do with the R4 since the rom running on it is either patched or has a cheat code enabled (which might mess stuff up, right?). Please let me know what you guys think.
