Hacking R4 3ds

I really want to play ds games on my new 3ds, however, there are so many websites that claim to sell r4 3ds flashcarts. I dont want to order one from a false website or something. From what website should I order if I live in the USA.

Don't waste your time asking for a vendor that supports paypal. Paypal bans all flashcart vendors because Nintendo told paypal to.
